The Hardware division at Ultrahuman has successfully launched 2 award-winning wearable devices: the Ultrahuman Ring and Ultrahuman Ring Air. The team is working on cutting-edge of technology and design in health to help people understand their bodies deeper and take control of their metabolic fitness. Work and Responsibilities:

  • Should be capable of taking the designs to a final prototype through the paths of requirements and specifications.

  • Schematic and PCB layouts for modern power & High-speed Digital electronics PCBs and RF industry-leading PCB design software

  • Conversion of schematics to PCB layout, netlist import, library management, and footprint verification

  • Take responsibility for product development, functions, and vendor follow-up to deliver the complete part at the end as a deliverable.

  • Knowledge of global certification standards such as FCC, CE, BIS, NCC, etc

  • Should be familiar with IEC standards related to PCB Design safety standards

  • Work with the Mechanical design engineers to arrive at the optimum design and completion of the project within the timeline

  • Manage Gerber release, board fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, penalization drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing design data packages

  • Bill of material preparation for procurement and alternate components checking and incorporation in design

  • Deep knowledge of PCB Materials

  • Design consideration for EMI/EMC, thermal and mechanical performance enhancement.

  • Technical expertise to handle projects independently

  • Directly adds tangible value to the organization by bringing state-of-the-art design trends, industry best practices, modern methodologies

  • Knowledge of power electronics, active & passive components

  • Knowledge of Electronics Components assembly on PCB

  • Co-ordinate with a testing engineer for testing of the PCBs

  • Knowledge of Circuit Simulations for RF and timing improvements


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics Engineering, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience of 4+ years’ experience in Hardware designing in relevant areas

  • Must have experience in Industry-leading schematic & PCB Design software tools

  • Knowledge of circuit functions on PCB will be a plus

  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC design considerations and awareness of physical EMI/EMC testing will be plus
