About the role:
The marketing team at Ultrahuman is building awareness for health and wellness-focused wearable devices that let people understand their bodies deeper and take control of their metabolic fitness. As a Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our company's online presence. Your expertise in blogs, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Reddit, and Quora will be instrumental in executing successful marketing strategies to attract and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that includes blogs, articles, and other relevant content to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Blogging: Create engaging and informative blog posts on relevant topics to establish thought leadership, build brand authority, and drive website traffic.
  • Social Media Engagement: Leverage platforms like Reddit and Quora to engage with the target audience, answer queries, and promote our products and services through organic engagement with authenticity.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify growth opportunities to optimize marketing efforts continually.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and user funnels on the blog site to improve conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests on marketing initiatives to assess effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Email Marketing: Contribute to email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into customers and retain existing customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Growth Marketer, with a track record of successfully implementing growth strategies using blogs, SEO, Reddit, Quora, and other channels.
  • Proven experience in wordpress, SEO tools and strategies to improve organic search performance.
  • Scaled brands and built robust organic channels driving relevant traffic, leading to revenue.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Reddit and Quora, and the ability to engage with users effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to make data-backed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO techniques to improve marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
